Keep the fire going.
A weekend can't carry a man through the other 362 days of the year.
That’s where YOU come in.
You don't need to be a Bible scholar or have all the answers.
You just have to be available.
The power of MAN CAMP isn't the stage.
It's a group of men around the fire, getting honest and being real about their lives.
NO MAN WAS MADE TO FIGHT ALONE.
But when the weekend ends, guys go home, life gets loud, and they drift back into isolation.
The fire goes out.
YOU WON'T BE DOING THIS ALONE.
Stepping up can feel intimidating. We get it. We'll give you the questions, a simple plan, and a team behind you.
HERE'S THE PLAN
1. List your unit. It takes two minutes.
2. Invite a few guys. We'll email you when someone joins.
3. Meet and talk. Use our questions and the simple guide below.
Not ready yet? Browse the unit questions and see what a gathering looks like.
WHAT DO WE ACTUALLY DO?
Leading a unit year-round is just like leading conversations around the campfire at MAN CAMP. You're not starting another Bible study or book club. You're creating a space for men to build real friendship, and to be known. More than fantasy football buddies. Real conversations about what's going on in our lives. That takes time and trust.
You don't need a curriculum for God to move in the lives of men. He shows up when we're intentional and paying attention. Here's a simple structure. It's as easy as ABCD.
A. ASK QUESTIONS
Give guys space to process what's going on inside them. We made a list of questions for you, and you can even save it as an app on your phone. CHECK OUT THE QUESTIONS.
B. BE VULNERABLE
Leaders go first. Share your struggles and your wins. That gives other guys permission to do the same.
C. COMMIT TO CONFIDENTIALITY
What's shared in the unit stays in the unit.
D. DEVELOP MEN
Make sure every guy knows he belongs, and challenge him to grow in following Jesus.
This will get you started. If you find something that works better, great.
OK. But I have some questions
We have some answers. But we also trust that you can figure this out.

Once a month (suggested)
Bi-weekly
Once a week
Pick a date. Pick a time. Stick with it. A lot of groups fail because the times are random, or no one knows when the next meeting is. Do your best to keep that time sacred. The goal is for your group to find a rhythm that works best for you.
Hebrews 10:25 reminds us to “ not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching."

That’s a good sign that you’re stepping outside of your comfort zone. If you follow the simple steps outlined above, you’ll do great. You aren’t signing up to be someone’s therapist

You’ll get an email notification when someone registers for your unit. Reach out to him within 24 hours and welcome him.
But don’t just wait for guys to show up. God gave you a sphere of influence. Use it. Invite guys into community and experience the type of adventure you were made for.
Keep the Fire Going
Picture a handful of men who know you, have your back, and keep showing up.
It starts with you.
